We always try to give you the best services possible. There may be a times when you feel this has not happened. If you wish to make a complaint please ask reception for a complaints leaflet. Alternatively you can phone, see or write to the Practice Manager, Ms. Safina Bi.
We will acknowledge all written complaints within 3 working days by letter. The Practice will investigate your complaint and endeavour to send you a written response within 4 weeks.
